State Convention
State Convention is a great chance to meet fellow Postmasters, Managers, Supervisors, and EAS Professionals in the Minnesota Chapter as well as members of the UPMA National Board. This is also where we elect our Minnesota Chapter Board, vote on changes to Minnesota and National Bylaws, and vote for UPMA National Board Members.
